Ippon AI is an AI assistant, not a person. This page says what we keep and why.

What we store

• The request details you submit (for example the item link, size, country and budget, or the restaurant, dates and party).
• Your contact email, if you give it, and a customer id made from a one-way hash of that email.
• The status of your request and its history (for example "checked" or "confirmed").
• If you press "Send request", the chat transcript is sent along with your request so we can follow it.
• Otherwise chat text is not kept after your session ends (about an hour), except short name-free demand signals (what kind of thing people ask for, with emails and links removed), kept up to 90 days.

Item requests are deleted 30 days after delivery, or 60 days after creation if earlier steps never finish. Restaurant requests are deleted 30 days after the last requested date. Waitlist entries are deleted after 60 days.

Who processes it

Chat text is processed by a third-party AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI) to write replies. The site and its data are hosted on Netlify.

What never to send

Never send card numbers, ID or passport numbers, passwords or one-time codes. If you do, the chat discards them.

Payments

We take no payment during the test. Nothing is booked or paid without your explicit confirmation in Ippon AI.

Deletion

To have your data deleted, email ipponai@proton.me with the email you used.
