Checked on 2026-10-29. Prices and booking rules come from the official page and can change.
How it works
- Tell us the plan: which restaurant, date and party size.
- Get ready ahead: the assistant helps you set up your own booking account, work out 00:00 JST in your time zone and prepare guest details.
- At the release: at 00:00 Japan time we handle the booking steps and ask you to confirm in Ippon AI before anything is final (we are testing this).

Questions
Do you hold or resell reservations? No. Nothing is booked or paid without your explicit confirmation in Ippon AI. The restaurant's cancellation rules apply to you.
What should I not share? Please don't share passwords, card numbers, one-time codes or passport/ID numbers here. The chat blocks them, and the text you do type is processed by a third-party AI model provider.
Are you affiliated with Florilège or TableCheck? No. Ippon AI is independent.
